Our Collection service is an effective and consultive debt recovery programme. You will be assigned a professional Collection Officer who will work with you personally.

Your Collection Officer engages with the debtor in the early stages of the collection process to obtain the highest possible return for you.

Our staff are experienced at collecting money for people like you.  Hands on expertise, flexibility and an innovative focus on recovery adds to our guarantee of quality, individual attention to detail and speed of delivery.

Your Collection Officer will:

• Liaise directly with both you and the Debtor
• Keep you fully informed of all progress and developments
• Assist you in assessing the next course of action
• Be able to answer any questions you have regarding your account and the processes we are using in its collection.
• Tenaciously pursue full payment of the debt.

Debtworks aims to obtain:

• Full payment of the debt, or
• A repayment programme which is acceptable to you, or
• Security in the form of chattels, caveat or guarantee

Collections are kept to a tight schedule.

Payments received by us are held in our trust account and paid to you at the end of each month.

To comply with the Privacy Act 1993, Debtworks (NZ) Ltd must be advised of any payments on a debt.

Reporting:

Status reports are generated monthly. We also have a variety of comprehensive reports available and can tailor reports to meet your requirements.
